PHYD is an Adecco Digital Ventures project, whose mission is to inspire and to support people in a constantly improving work ecosystem. PHYD maps people’s skills and employment. Through PHYD users can evaluate their own employability index, understand their potential, and create a customized training path for acquiring and updating skills. Not only a platform, but also a physical space: starting from 2019, PHYD will open a hub in the heart of Milan that will host courses, workshops, talks and events.
