Behavior Factory is leader in Behavior Based Safety (BBS) and applies principles and models of Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) in order to fully improve company performance in terms of results (e.g. injuries, defects, sales, ..) and organizational processes (e.g. communication, collaboration, ..). BBS and OBM programs are based on two principles that confer scientific approach to every action in which the company is involved: 1.Behavior is a natural measurable phenomenon; 2.Motivation of people can be “build” working on specific organizational variables (e.g. positive feedback from management) that go beyond traditional methods based on control and punishment, favoring instead processes oriented to development of organizational culture and values.
